I was reading the January issue of Better Homes and Gardens and saw an add for a Mail In Rebate offer from Tyson. “Like” Tyson Any’tizers on Facebook to get the MIR form. Here is what you ned to to to redeem this offer:
- Purchase four (4) qualifying Any’tizers snacks bagged products between 1/2/12 and 2/17/12
- Submit in one mailing envelope: (a) a fully complete mail-in request form (b) four (4) qualifying Any’tizers snacks proofs of purchase, and (c) original store register receipt(s) (copies not permitted) dated between 1/2/2012 and 2/17/2012
- All requests must be postmarked by 3/16/2012 and received by 3/23/2012.
- Limit one per household.
Your $10 will come in the form of “Sporting Goods Cash” and says it can be redeemed at stores like Foot Locker, Finish Line, Kroger Affiliates, Target and ToysRUs (see full list here). Makes me think this might just be a MC or Visa gift card with the “sporting goods cash” logo on it. Hmmm interesting (asked about it on Facebook, will update if they respond)!
