This could be the easiest meal on the planet! Craving comfort foods with the cold weather upon us? I have the perfect remedy. I call it Chicken and stuffing, crockpot style!
Ingredients: 4 Chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 box of your favorite Stove Top stuffing, 16 ounces of chicken broth (or one boullion cube plus 8 oz of water) and a slow cooker! Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl and mix together. Put the chicken at the bottom of the pot. Warning, if your chicken is frozen you might want to cook it alone for a few hours first. Then add your stuffing/broth/cream of chicken soup mixture on top of the chicken. Cook for four to seven hours. Mine was ready after 4 hours but your chicken may take longer to cook depending on temperature and thickness.
Result? Dinner that everyone in my family loved. The kids put it on a tortilla…they would put everything on a tortilla if they could. I served it with a spinach salad and broccoli. It was the perfect winter time dinner. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out!

I am printing this one so I can add it to the menu next week. I am always on the lookout for kid-friendly crockpot recipes and this one looks really good! Thanks for sharing.

I do this but use chicken gravy instead of soup and broth and add a vegetable to it. Love it!
