Hello! We are Kristy and Mary, mothers, domestic divas and obsessed with finding a deal! If being twingles (twins plus another child) moms was not enough to fill our lives, we have also decided to jump into the world of savings blogging. Enter 4our2cents in May of 2010. We have been following other blogs and often think, I found a different deal, what about this store that no one covers and just where is the cheapest place to buy TP this week. So we decided, why not put our two heads together to come up with our own blog. We will not be reinventing the wheel, but we do hope to pass a little more savings on to your families. Bear with us as we learn the ropes and come join us on this adventure!
On our site you will find grocery and drug store weekly match ups, printable coupon offers, Facebook freebie offers, details on rewards programs and much more. We are always looking for creative ways to save money for our families. We have a passion for saving money and spending it wisely. If you ever find a great deal, have a victorious shopping trip or have an out-side-the box way of saving, we would love to hear from you too. We might even highlight you in our “Your2Cents” posts.
Ways to Stay Connected to All the Deals:
1. Email – Sign up for our FREE daily email updates. You will get one e-mail each day with a list of all the great steals and deals we have posted for that day.
2. Facebook – Become a fan on Facebook and stay current. Sometimes deals and offers go fast and it is more efficient for us to post a quick Facebook status to fill you in. If we have a quickie giveaway, we might use the Facebook wall for this purpose and not post it on the blog. We also love how Facebook allows us to have a “conversation” with our loyal readers.
3. Subscribe through RSS – Subscribe through your favorite reader (Google Reader, etc.) to stay up to date with deals.
4. Twitter –Follow us @4our2ents to see tweets about deals and time sensitive information.

- Product Reviews and Giveaways- If you have a product that is an appropriate “fit” for our families and our readers, we would love to a review for you. Reviews that also include a giveaway for the readers are more effective at increasing exposure to your product and/or sites. For reviews that include a giveaway, we would utilize social media outlets to and other blogs to promote the giveaway and thus provide more exposure. Please note that items used in a product review will not be returned. They will be “well used” in order to write the most comprehensive review.
- Other Promotional Opportunities- If you have an idea for a promotional opportunity, please contact us. Conference sponsorships, speaking engagements, guest posting, newspaper articles and social media outreach are just a few ideas.
