I recently did a video review on EXPO concerning graduation gift ideas. I should have written this post a few weeks ago to fit better with graduation season, but the info is timeless really. For my niece who is graduating from High School and heading off to college, I have been collecting items for 3 types of gift baskets: personal care, cleaning supplies and hot beverage. As you know, every week there are tons of free or cheap items that we post about that fit into these categories. In fact you might even have a good start with items from your stockpile. I have really been concentrating on it the last month and have a great little collection (I want to add a few more things). And the electric tea kettle was “bought” with credits I had from The Foundary (just paid shipping). So far I have bought approximately $120 worth of items for around $30 (+tax).

What do you think of this idea? Wedding season is coming up and these could work great for that too. Just fill in some of their registry list items and you are set.
