Clearance Lookout: Scotch Paper Cutter= Coupon Cutter

I was just “clipping” a few coupons and realized now is the perfect time to look for this great little tool. Sometimes I use a Scotch Paper Cutter to “clip” my coupons. It slides right through the paper. So not only can you use it for gift wrapping, opening envelopes and even on chip bags- but you can add cutting coupons to the list too. I bought mine on Christmas clearance last year. So be on the lookout for this multipurpose tool when you are on the clearance hunt. Plus, there is a coupon that could make them cheaper (or even free!)
